CVS Haul (Feat. Maybelline, Sally Hansen, L'Oreal, Revlon, and Milani)

Hey everyone! I had some extra ECBs that were going to expire soon so I made sure to get my butt down to CVS to use them up. There were a couple of good sales going and some of them were buy a certain amount, get some ECBs back. Plus I had some coupons from the RedBox that made my transactions even sweeter and saved me even more money!! I didn't really intend to buy so much but most of these products were inexpensive with the coupons. If I had bought these products without my ECBs and coupons, then I would have paid a buttload more but with my deals, it was like I bought a couple and got the others for free!! Also, sorry for taking a long time to post up this haul. I have been meaning to post this up for a while but there were problems with the pictures uploading. For some reason, everytime I would upload a picture, the picture would be rotated sideways. Weird. Anyways, since this post is probably going to be posted late and if it ends up being posted before New Years, I just want to say HAPPY NEW YEARS to everyone! I hope you all have a wonderful day with your family and friends.

Okay lets start off with the Maybelline products! I only bought three Maybelline eye products. I love Maybelline eye products because they are very great quality. I have been wearing false lashes everyday lately and thought that I should buy another gel liner so I bought the Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner "Blackest Black". If you haven't tried this liner before, you should definitely give it a try. It lasts all day on my lid and dries fairly quickly. Plus its super pigmented and easy to apply. I already have one in Saphire, which I bought in the beginning of the year and its still creamy. Two other Maybelline products that I bought were the Maybelline 24HR Color Tattoo "Barely Beige" and the Maybelline Great Lash Mascara "Blackest Black". I have the waterproof version of this mascara and wanted to give the regular formula a try. Plus these mascaras are super inexpensive. Barely Beige is a color that I heard a lot of people loving so when I saw that there was one left, I decided to buy it to see what the big deal was about. I haven't given it a try yet but hopefully I will love it.

While I was there, I decided to get some nail products since the CVS RedBox printed me out some coupons for these products. With these coupons, I only paid under $0.50 for each nail product, which was a super great deal since each product regularly retails for $3-$4 each. I bought the Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Nail Hardener and the Revlon Nail Clipper. The Sally Hansen nail hardener claims to help prevent chipping, splitting, and cracking. I thought I should give this a try since my nails tend to chip and split at the ends sometimes. Hopefully this will help my nails become stronger because I hate how easily my nails can bend. The nail clippers were just an extra. Its never bad to have a bunch of nail clippers.

I also bought another foundation. I know, I know! I told myself and you guys that I won't be buying anymore foundations until I finish a couple up first but I just finished up my Almay foundation and thought that it was okay to buy another one to try out. I know that I still have two more backups of the Almay foundations but I wanted to give a newer one a try. I was unsure of whether to get the Neutrogena Shine Control a try but since its such a thick foundation, I decided to get the L'Oreal True Match Lumi Foundation "W4" a try. Plus I love how this one comes with a pump whereas the Neutrogena one doesn't. This foundation had been getting so many good reviews on it that I thought I should give it a try. Plus I love how it claim to give your skin a luminous look since I have been into that highlighting and brightening face look lately.

The last two products that I bought were from Milani. I love Milani and thought that I should try out more of some of their products. I only bought two Milani products but was happy that I got some coupons for these and saved so much money. The first Milani product that I bought is the Milani Shadow Eyes Eyeshadow Pencil "Champagne Toast". I heard that these are a lot like the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils so I decided to give this one a try. Plus it looks like it will be gorgeous to use as an all-over lid shade. I can also use in the inner corner of my eyes to give them a brighten look too! The second product that I bought was the Milani Eye Tech Extreme Liquid Eye Liner "Blackest Black". I love their regular pencil eyeliners so much that I wanted to try out a liquid one. This one is waterproof so it will be great to use. I haven't heard that many reviews on this but it could be becasue its a slightly new product. If you have tried this before, definitely let me know! I would love to know wht you guys think about this eyeliner.

So that is all for my haul. I can't wait to try out all these products. So far, I have tried the L'Oreal foundation and I really like it. If you want to see a review with pictures and swatches, let me know and I will post one up. I can post one up like my first impressions post on the Revlon Whipped foundation with pictures showing how well it covers up. If you have tried any of these products before, let me know. I would love to know what products you have tried and what you guys think about them.

Cyber Monday: ELF Studio Haul

Hey everyone! If you know me then you would know that I could never pass up a good sale from ELF. Every year they always come out with great sales and their most popular one if their 50% off sitewide sale. I was actually waiting for their 60% off sale but I guess they decided not to have it this year, which sucked but 50% off is still a great sale. Whenever I order from ELF, I always try to order a bunch because I hate paying for shipping and I only try to order from the once a year. Plus whenever they have their sale, it means that its time for me to stock up on their Makeup Remover Cleansing Cloths. I also wanted to try their Studio Small Stipple brush it was sold out.

What I bought:
ELF STUDIO POWDER BRUSH (x3)
If you have tried this brush, then you can definitely see why I bought more than one. LOL I absolutely love this brush. I bought back-ups because I use this brush everyday to apply my liquid foundation. Its great for applying foundation as well as blending it out. Plus its super soft and dense at the same time. I have gone though so many of these and they hae never shred on me. The reason why I buy so many is because once I feel like the brush is too hard to clean and feels gunky from so many uses, I would throw it out and use a new one. Plus these are so inexpensive at $3 each but I always stock up during their 50% sale, meaning only $1.50 a brush!

ELF STUDIO SMALL TAPERED BRUSH
This is a new brush that recently came out from ELF. I have yet to try it or wash it but it feels so soft. I bought this mainly to use to contour my face. It looks like its going to be perfect for that. You can also use this to apply highlight onto the top of your cheekbones as well as on the bridge of your nose. Plus it looks like you can also use this brush to apply setting powder onto your concealer for the under eye area. I don't do that but I have seen some people use this brush for that.

ELF STUDIO KABUKI FACE BRUSH
I have been meaning to get this for a while now but I always seem to forget to add it to my cart. As you can see, this time I actually remembered. I think this brush was actually $6 but with the sale, I bought it for $3. It is so soft. I can't wait to use it. I can definitely see myself either using this to apply powder to set my foundation or to blend everything together on my face. It is definitely one of the softest brush in my brush collection.

ELF STUDIO LIP EXFOLIATOR (X2)
My lips have been peeling so much this winter. I think this is the first time where they have gotten this bad. Sometimes I can' even wear lipstick because they peel so much. I bought this to try out because I just can't justify paying around $10 for a tiny jar of lip exfoliator from Lush or Fresh. I have tried making my own but it goes bad so fast that I gave up on that. I have tried this so far and I really like it. I will probably be posting up a review on this soon.

ELF STUDIO LIP LOCK PENCIL
I have heard so many great things about similar products like them, especially the one by Too Faced but since I just can justify paying that much, I decided to try this one out from ELF. Hopefully it will do the same job and work just as well. I bought this to try with my red lipsticks or bold color lipsticks since they tend to move around. This is supposed to keep my lipstick in place on my lips and to keep them from bleeding onto my skin.

ELF STUDIO CONDITIONING LIP BALM SPF15 "NICE & NATURAL" & "MELLOW MELON"
Since my lips have been getting really dry this winter, I have been buying a bunch of lip balms. I already have "Peaceful Pink" and it goes on matte on me, meaning it isn't that moisturizing on my lips so I decided to try out these two. Hopefully they are more moisturizing and go on glossy. I wasn't going to buy anymore but then I remember seeing Hollyannaerie raving about these in one of her videos that I decided to give them another try. Hopefully these two will end up working for me. If you would like to see a review and swatches on all three shades, definitely let me know.

ELF HYPERSHINE LIPGLOSS "FLIRT"
I didn't buy this but got it for free because I referred three friends after my order. I had actually gotten this before the last time I made an order but gave it away so I am glad that I got another one so I could try it out myself. On my order sheet, it said that I was actually supposed to get the ELF Eyeshadow Quad "Butternut" but for some reason, I got this instead. Oh well, I am not gonna complain because free is free.

ELF STUDIO BAKED BLUSH "PASSION PINK" & "PINKTASTIC"
These are actually new from ELF and I am super excited to finally have gotten my hands on these to try out. I actually wanted to get the rest of the shades available but I contained myself and only bought two that I would definitely see myself wearing. I haven't tried these yet but I can't wait to give them a try soon. Hopefully these will work out and won't just end up being a glittery mess on my cheeks.

ELF STUDIO BAKED BRONZER "MAUI" & "ST. LUCIA"
These are also recently new from ELF. I never tried a baked bronzer before but I am excited to try these out. They are a bit on the shimmery side, looking at the pan but hopefully these will work out. I haven't tried these out yet but I will probably be using these as an all-over bronzer because of the finish.

ELF STUDIO CONTOURING BLUSH & BRONZING CREAM "ST. LUCIA"
This is also a new product. I actually have the powder version of this, which I bought sometime in the beginning of the year and wanted to try this one out since I heard that they came out with a cream version of it. I never tried a cream bronzer before but I have always been curious about one since the Chanel one as been popular. I know that they won't be the same but thats alright.

ELF STUDIO MAKEUP REMOVER CLEANSING CLOTHS (X10)
I love these makeup removers! I use these everyday and thats why I always buy a bunch to stock up on. They are great for removing my face and eye makeup. They have never irritated my eyes and never have been harsh on my face. If you have been looking for some great, affordable makeup remover wipes, you should definitely give them a try. They only come with 20 in a pack but the wipes are actually pretty big and I always only need one to wipe my entire face.

So that is all that I ordered from the Cyber Monday sale from ELF. If you haven't tried ELF yet, you should definitely give them a chance. Just because their products are inexpensive, that doesn't mean that their products are cheap. They actually have some great products and if you don't trust me, you should check out other peoples' review on them, especially on their ELF Studio Blushes! Their Studio Blushes are really great! Plus if you have been looking for a great foundation bush, I highly reccommend trying their Studio Powder Brush! If you would like to see reviews and/or swatches on any of these products in this haul, definitely let me know! Plus I just wanted to say that I hope you all had a great Christmas and have a happy holidays!!

Did you take advantage of the ELF Cyber Monday sale?

November 2012 Favorites & No Forgets

Hey everyone! Whoa, can you guys believe it that this is the last month of 2012? Thats crazy because this year has flown by so fast. Plus if you guys haven't seen my previous blog post, on December 16, 2012 was the one year birthday of my blog! My makeup obsession was just starting and now its on the verge of being overboard. LOL Oh well, I don't really care because as long as it makes me happy, thats all that counts. This month is the month where I have been trying out some new products as well as using some products that I bought a while back but never got around to trying.

I am going to start first with the makeup brushes that I have been using constantly in November. Two of these brushes are brushes that I recently bought and am so glad that I did. If you didn't know, I have been buying Real Techniques lately because I have heard so many great things about their brushes and have always wanted to try them. Since ULTA was having them on sale last month and I had a coupon, I decided to take the plunge and buy them. I bought two sets and I have really been loving two of the brushes. The first brush is the Real Techniques Multi Task Brush, which I love using as my powder foundation brush or to apply powder onto my powder to set my liquid foundation. Plus it doesn't hurt that the handle is pink too! Haha! The second brush came in the same set and its the Real Techniques Domed Shadow Brush. To me, this is one of my favorite shadow brushes in my collection. This is just the perfect size for my lid and I can use just this one brush to do a whole eye look. One more brush that I have really been loving as well is my Coastal Scents Blending Brush, its just so soft and perfect for blending and applying a highlight onto the browbone.

Okay, now onto my current favorite face products! The first product is one that I bought a while back but never used it until November. My intention was to wait until I finished up a few other bronzers first but I guess since I hit pan on one of them, my mind decided that that was good enough. LOL Isn't that funny how the mind works? This bronzer is definitely one of the most talked about drugstore bronzer and it is the NYC Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder "Sunny". Its just the perfect matte bronzer to contour with. I have heard that on some skintones, it can look a bit orangey but on my fair skin, its great to contour with. I love using this on my temples and on the sides of my face to contour. I just wish that the packaging was a bit better and not so cheap looking but them again, this is a fairly inexpensive bronzer. For my concealer, I have really been loving the MAC Studio Finish Concealer SPF35 "NW20". I bought this to cover up blemishes and acne but this actually makes my skin drier. Maybe it will work better in the summer when its less cold but I have really been liking this for my under eye area. Its a cream so it warms up by touch and blends easily onto the skin. For November, I have been switching back and forth between two foundations. If you have been keeping up with me, then you would already know that one of my favorite drugstore foundation is the Almay Clear Complexion Foundation "600 Sand". It doesn't irritate my face but I wish that the coverage was a bit better. The other foundation that I have really been liking is the CoverGirl NatureLuxe Foundation "340". I only use this on the days where I don't feel like wearing a lot of makeup and don't want to wear sunscreen (either that or I couldn't find it LOL) because this already has SPF30.

For my eyes, I have been liking a couple of products. The first one is of course obvious, which is the Lorac Pro Palette. I have been using this everyday since I bought it and have been neglecting my NAKED palette. I just love how this palette has everything for a whole eye look. I just wish that there was less to no fallout but I just need to remember to tap my brush before applying shadow onto my eye, especially when using Nude and Champagne since those two shades tend to have the most fallout. Another product for my eyes that I have really been loving is the Physicians Formula Eye Boosting Lash Enhancing Felt-Tip Eyeliner + Serum "Brown". I actually wanted the black one but my store was sold out and I really wanted to try this so I went with the only color. I bought this because my ELF eye lash curler cut some of my lashes in half and I wanted to find the miracle product to help my lashes grow back faster. Never buying that eye lash curler again! I don't really know if it works but my lashes seem longer since using them. They look like they were never cut in half but of course, it took me a while to grow them back since I was using this for about three months. My lashes could have grown on their own or with the help of this but I will never know. Either way it makes it super easy to apply eyeliner onto my top line. One primer that I have been using everyday is the ELF Eyelid Primer. Its only a dollar and my lids don't get oily so I just use this to make my shadows more vibrant. This month I have been trying out different mascaras or combining them to find the perfect way to make them look longer. The mascara that I have been loving is the Mary Kay Ultimate Mascara "Black". The first couple times that I have tried this, I didn't really like this mascara. It didn't do anything for my lashes but since then, its been getting better. I think its because it was too wet and I had to wait for the formula to dry up a bit. It just makes my lashes look longer and it doesn't smudge on me.

If you have read some of my other posts, then you know that my lips have been acting weird these past few months since trying the L'Oreal Infallible lipsticks. I have been trying to find the perfect lip balm to heal my lips back to normal but so far, nothing has really healed them. Plus since its been getting cold lately, my lips have drier than usual and makes it harder for me to wear lipsticks. I had remembered that I had bought the ELF Studio Conditioning Lip Balm SPF15 "Peaceful Pink". I really like the shade but actually wish that this was more moisturizing. On my lips, it goes on somewhat on the matte side, which is weird because its a lip balm. I just like using it because of the color that it gives my lips but its not very moisturizing as I would have hoped.I wonder if its because I might have gotten a bad batch but I did recently buy some in other shades so I will try them.

If you saw my previous monthly favortes post, then you would already know about this product. Plus I already have a review on it so I am not going to go into too much detail on it but it is the Burt's Bees Intense Hydration Night Cream. My skin has really been getting dry lately so this cream just gives my face and neck the moisture that it needs.Plus it never makes my face feel heavy or oily in the morning. Sorry that I forgot to include a picture of it in this post, but if you would like to see more and check out my review, you can CLICK HERE.

The last thing that I have really been loving is my VS Noir Tease Perfume! I love this scent for all year around. Plus I love the pump that it comes with because its so cute. I just wish that it sprayed a bit better. Either way, I love this so much and have already used up two mini ones of this scent.

So those are all my favorite products! This month, I didn't have any products that I wish I could forget about or regret buying. If you would like to see any reviews on products that I haven't reviewed yet, definitely let me know! I will probably be posting up a review with swatches on the ELF Studio Conditioning Lip Balms that I bought recently as well as the one featured in this post. If you have any questions regarding any of these products, let me know as well!

QUESTIONS:
Have you tried any of these products before?
What products have you been loving in November 2012?
Are there any products that you regret buying or wish that you could forget about?

My Online Black Friday Haul (Both Sephora & Ulta)

Hey everyone! I have been a little late posting up these hauls but I have been busy these past few weeks. This is actually my first Black Friday where I actually bought makeup from both ULTA and Sephora. Last year I did get a chance to visit a Sephora but didn't buy anything. Plus for ULTA last year, I wanted to go but I forgot to stop by there. They had so many great items on sale last year but this year wasn't that bad. I actually ordered all this stuff online because I was worried that if I had waited and went to the stores, everything would have been sold out. Plus sometimes you get better deals online with certain coupon codes. I am actually going to talk about what I bought from ULTA first and then Sephora last.

What I bought from ULTA:
LAURA GELLER BAKED EYE DREAMS DUO "PINK SUNSET & SUNDBAR"
If you have been following my posts then you would know that I recently gotten my hands on some Laura Geller products and since then I have been wanting to try out more of her products. This set was $20, which isn't that bad because Laura Geller products are usually on the pricey side. This set includes two eyeshadow brushes and two eyeshadow quads. I actually think this is a pretty good stocking stuffer because each quad and brush is wrapped in tissue paper and is in its own box so you can just split them up as two gifts.

TARTE BALANCED & BEAUTIFUL AMAZONIAN KIT
I was pretty happy when I found out about this kit. I have really been loving Tarte products and have heard so many great things about their Amazonian Clay 12HR Blushes that I am so happy to have gotten one for a good price. Plus everything in this kit is full size, which makes it an even better deal. This kit comes with the Amazonian Clay 12HR Blush "Flush" and an Amazonian Clay Waterproof Cream Eyeshadow "Slate." Plus it also comes with their Bamboo Cream Shadow Brush. This set was only $22, whereas if I had bought all three separately, it would have cost a whole lot more.

With my purchase, I received four samples, which was a surprise. I thought I was only going to get three but for some reason, I got four instead. Maybe it was a mistake or maybe they always give out four with every order. Just like Sephora, they let you choose which samples you would like with your order so of course, I picked out all the cologne/perfume samples. I don't know why but I just love collecting purfume samples!

Also I was able to use a code that allowed me to get a free 11PC. ULTA CLUTCH. You were able to choose which clutch you would want but I guess I ordered a bit late since this was the only option available. Oh well, better free than nothing! The clutch is pretty cute and I can definitely see myself using it sometime. Plus it came with a bunch of ULTA products like:
  • ULTA Lipstick "218 Good Year For Wine"
  • ULTA Instant Nourish Facial Moisturizer
  • ULTA Blush "Adore"
  • ULTA Dual-ended Eyeliner "Deep Brown & Black"
  • ULTA Super Shiny Lipgloss "#18 Stellar"
  • ULTA Legendary Lengths Mascara "Jet Black"
  • ULTA Nail Polish "Femme Fatale"
  • ULTA Brushes: Contour Brush, Eyeshadow Brush, & Sponge Tip Brush

So those are all the products that I bought on Black Friday from ULTA. The ULTA Black Friday sale wasn't as popular as I thought it was because I still see these two sets selling in stores. I just wish that I had gotten the Urban Decay 2 piece travel set because that one was sold out instantly. I think the set included a primer potion and their popular all-night setting spray. I am so excited to try out all these products! Plus I am super happy that I finally gotten my hands on a Tarte Amazonian Clay 12HR Blush!! I have already played around with the blush sometimes and its super pigmented. I definitely need to be careful whenever I use this blush and remember to tap my brush lightly. Other than that, I am super happy with my Black Friday purchase!

Okay, now onto my Black Friday Sephora haul!! I also ordered all these online and felt like it took FOREVER to get to me, even though it was just a week. LOL I was actually happy with the deals that Sephora was having but the one deal that I was most excited about was the Tarte mascara set. I actually received a deluxe size of the Tarte regular mascara before and I really liked it that I wanted to buy it and try out other Tarte mascaras. I also actually had time to visit a Sephora store as well and bought two other products but I forgot to include them in this haul. I will probably just post them in another haul. What do you guys think? Should I still post up my instore Sephora haul?

What I bought online from Sephora:
SEPHORA + PANTONE UNIVERSE COLOR OF THE YEAR NAIL ENAMEL SET
I actually found this in the sale section on the website and have been debating on whether to get this. I only own one Sephora polish so I thought that this set would be great to try out their other polishes. Plus it was such a great deal since you get four polishes for only $7. This nail polish set comes with a shimmer, matte, creme, and glitter polish all in the Tangerine Tango color. I haven't tried this set out yet but I can't wait because both the shimmer and glitter finish look like they would be gorgeous on the nails.

LORAC BEHIND THE SCENES EYE PRIMER/EYE SHADOW DUO x2
This set was one of the $10 Black Friday deals that Sephora was having. I actually bought two because I thought that it was such a great deal since both items in the kit were full size! It comes with Lorac's Behind the Scenes Eye Shadow Primer and a single eyeshadow in "Serenity," which is described as a shimmering light bronze. Since this kit was only $10, you are basically paying $5 for each product, which is definitely cheaper than buying a drugstore eyeshadow primer and a drugstore single eyeshadow together or separately. I actually bought two because it was such a great deal that I felt the need to buy two. LOL

STILA MERRY & BRIGHT PALETTE W/ STILE LIP GLAZE "KITTEN"
This was also another $10 deal on Black Friday. To tell you the truth, I actually returned this after I took the pictures. Once I got it in the mail and checked out the colors in the palette, I didn't really like it. In my opinion, its a great neutral palette but I knew that some of the colors would just look orangey on my eyes. This is a good deal because you get two full size products and the Stila Lip Glaze definitely costs more than $10 on its own. I actually already have a deluxe size of the Stila Lip Glaze "Kitten" and I didn't really like the color on my lips. Even through the palette is cute and a great price, I actually don't regret returning this.

TARTE MULTIPLEYE & GIFTED KIT x2
This was also anoter one of the $10 deals for Black Friday! This kit comes with a full size Amazonian Clay Smart Mascara and a deluxe size of the Lash Enhancing Primer. I actually wished that the kit would have came with a full size primer as well because I love their lash primer. I love using it with my other drugstore mascaras as well. I bought two because I thought it was such a great deal. Plus I would regret it if I ended up loving the mascara and would have to pay full price for another one.

Also, as always with every Sephora online order, you get to choose three samples. I always try to get perfume samples with my order because I love collecting perfume samples and also because they are great to just throw in your purse. I picked out one from Prada, Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy, and Viktor&Rolf FlowerBomb. I have heard so many people loving the FlowerBomb so I am glad that I got a sample of it with my order to try it out!

I also had some points on my account so I decided to use 100 points to get the Diesel LoverDose Perfume. I never smelled this before getting it with my order. I was worried and hesitate on getting this with my points but I thought that the mini bottle was just so darn cute! If you can't tell, the bottle is in the shape of a heart and its glass materal. Its purple and looks really cute with my other perfumes. I have smelled this already and its just smells alright but I think I just need to get used to the scent.

So that is all that I ordered on Black Friday online from Sephora! I also used a code to get a 12 month subscription to a magazine but I forget the name of it. It might have been either Lucky or Glamour. Hopefully they magazines will start arriving to my mailbox soon. All-in-all, I think this haul was definitely a great deal, especially with the magazine offer. Let me know if you would like to see a review or swatches on any certain product. Plus let me know if you also took advantage of the magazine subscription from Sephora online.

QUESTIONS:
Did you buy any of these on Black Friday?
Did you buy online or went to a store?
Have you tried any of these products before?

Haul (Feat. TRESemme, Revlon, Maybelline, and Milani)

Hey everyone! I just wanted to show you guys what I bought a few weeks ago at CVS. I think I went there mainly because I had some CVS coupons that I wanted to use up before they expired. Plus some of the coupons allowed me to easily get "free" makeup and just pay tax with the sales going on during that week, so of course I had to take advantage of them. I actually went to two different CVS stores because the one by my house didn't have any of the products that I got get for "free" with my coupons, as always. They never carry any of the new products. I should have known better but I didn't. LOL The second CVS store was a bit further but they always tend to have new displays out and the store is bigger than the one by my house.

What I bought:
Milani Illuminating Face Powder "03 Beauty's Touch"
I have been wanting to try this for the longest but wanted to wait for a sale to get this. Its regularly $9.99 but I bought it on sale with some CVS coupons so I think I got it for around $3 plus tax. I bought this mainly to either use as a blush or a highlighter, depending on how well it illuminates on my cheeks. On the back, it says that you can use it as a bronzer as well, which I highly doubt. I think they meant that for their other shades but I wish that they didn't put that on all their shades because what if a makeup beginner acually got confused and didn't know better and actually used this on herself as a bronzer. Oh no!

Revlon ColorBurst Lipgloss "002 Crystal Liliac"
I love these ColorBurst lipglosses but wish that it was easier to get the remaining product out. The first one that I ever bought is almost all gone but I still have a little bit left at the bottom and the doe applicator doesn't reach all the way down there so that sucks. I think the first obne that I ever got was called Sunset Peach or Sunset something. I can't remember but I really liked the consistency and formula so I wanted to try out the other shades as well. Crystal Liliac is a gorgeous bubblegum pink with pinkish-purple shimmers.

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain "025 Sweetheart"
I love these Kissable Balm Stains, probably even more than the Lip Butters, which I bought so many of. Sweetheart is a gorgeous bright hot pink that I feel will look gorgeous with any neutral eye looks because it will brighten up my face. Plus these actually stain my lips and don't rub off. If you are on the lookout for a good lip stain, you might want to try these because they are really moisturizing unlike other stains that I have tried.

Maybelline Single Eye Shadow "Silver Lining"
Usually I wouldn't really buy this because I like their palettes better but I had a CVS coupon for $1.50 off any Maybelline product and a $1 off manufacturer coupon so I pretty much got this for free with overage because it was 50% off in the clearance section. I haven't used this yet but I will probably be using it for nighttime looks. It looks like it would be great for a smoky eye look.

TRESemme FrestStart Dry Shampoo Volumizing
This is in the travel size. I have always wanted to try this since I have heard great reviews on it. I have only tried the Sauve dry shampoo and didn't really like it because it made my hair oiler than usual. Hopefully this one will work out and because its travel size, it will be great to bring along on vacations. I had a coupon for this as well and only paid under $0.50 cents for this!! If you have tried this before, definitely let me know whether you like it or not.

So that is all for my haul. I think I got everything for under $8 and actually got some back in ECBs, making my actual total even lower! So far, I have tried some of the products already and I really like them. I haven't tried the TRESemme one yet because I am saving that for an upcoming vacay. I'm glad that I was able to get everything for such a great deal, especially the Milani Illuminating Powder and the Revlon lip products since those are all close to $10 plus tax.

Elegant Beauty Deluxe Accessory Kit

Hey everyone! I just want to show you guys what I bought at the Dollar Tree a few weeks ago. It is the Elegant Beauty Deluxe Accessory Kit. It contains 4 bra clips and a pair of clear bra staps. The bra clips come in clear, nude, black, and white. I bought these to hook my bras whenever I am wearing tanks and I don't want my bra straps to show in the back. These work with any bras. I have always been curious about these and have seen them in the infomercials late at night. Even though I have always wanted to try these, I didn't think that they were worth the $19.99 plus shippin & handling or however much they were. I just remember that they were over $10 so I was so happy to find these at my Dollar Tree for only a dollar plus tax!

So far I have tried these about three times and I really like them. They are really comfortable and I can't even tell or feel them on. I haven't tried the clear bra straps yet so I don't know how the quality on those are but I do like the bra straps. I do have to admit though that they are somewhat hard to put or maybe its because I have short arms and I can't reach in the back as much. I actually had to have my sister clip these on for me whenever I wear them. LOL All-in-all, I am very happy that I bought these. I can definitely see these becoming very useful with dresses as well.

QUESTIONS:
Have you tried these before?
What do you think of the concept?

Small Target Haul

Hey everyone! This haul was actually done sometime a month ago. I actually wanted to get another foundation brush since my old one was such a hassle to clean. Plus I went to also see if the Target carried any of the new ELF Studio brushes like the ELF Studio Small Stipple brush. I have been wanting to try out that one for the longest but every time I check their website, its always sold out. The Target that I went to didn't carry any of the new ELF products, which was a bummer. Hopefully I will be able to get my hands on them soon, especially the small stipple brush. I only bought one brush and it was the ELF Studio Powder Brush. I love that brush and have bought so many back-ups. I just wish that it was easier to clean because I use it with liquid foundation and sometimes it tends to get gunked inside the brush. I have tried many brush shampoo and regular hair shampoo cleaners but the brush never gets fully clean so i just throw them out and buy a new one.

The last two products that I bought were nail polishes. I know that I don't need any nail polishes but these two were on clearance and I just couldn't help it. I could only find two polishes on clearance. I wish I had found more but I guess finding two was a good thing since it won't end up hurting my wallet. The two polishes that I bought were Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear Nail Polishes "Tout Sorbet" and "Punch Rose" I was a bit confused with these two polishes. I am not sure if you can tell in my pictures but these polishes have two different names. On each side of the polishes is a different name. For instance, the pink polish has the name "Punch Rose" on one side and "Pink Punch" on the other side. I checked my other nail polishes at home and these two are the only Sally Hansen ones that have that. Let me know if your are like that as well.

QUESTIONS:
Have you tried any of these products before?
Are your Sally Hansen polishes like that too, with the names different on each side?
Do you love the ELF Studio Powder Brush?
