SPOTTED: Maybelline LE Shades Great Lash Mascara

Hey everyone! Yesterday I went to Walgreens and I spotted a new display. While I was walking through the makeup aisles, this one display was the one that caught my eye right when I walked in. It was really colorful and had a "wheel" design on it. If you didn't know already, Maybelline came out with some new shades for their Great Lash mascaras. You're probably thinking, what do you mean new shades? What other color can they come out with they already have clear, black, an brown?

Well, now they have four new colors. All of these colors are definitely great for the summer. They have blue, green, purple, and teal. I really like the name of the shades: totally teal, pop of purple, blink of blue, and go go green. I love how on the display they have looks that you can wear with the colored mascaras. I am definitely feeling the teal and purple, mainly because purple complements brown eyes.

I don't know the price of these but I am assuming that they might be the same price as the regular Great Lash mascaras, which I love. I always repurchase because its a great mascara. I especially love the waterproof formula because I use it whenever its rainy outside or whenever I am going to the beach. I don't know if these are waterproof or not but I don't think that they are.

QUESTIONS:
Have you seen this display yet?
Would you buy colored mascara?
How do you feel about the Great Lash mascaras?

Crazy RiteAid Makeup Haul

Hey everyone! So if you didn't know already, the RiteAid in my area closed down. It closed down a while ago and this haul is a month old. SMH This haul was probably done a week before they closed and everything in the store was 75% off!! There wasn't that much left because I came a little late into the sale and all the makeup was thrown into boxes. It was so messy lookig through the boxes. There was some spilled nail polishes and opened lipsticks. It was just such a hassle but because everything was 75% off, I made myself look through every box twice. LOL I didn't get that much because I was with my little brother and he was bothering me the whole time to go home. He kept on saying "Lisa, you already have too much makeup. You don't need anymore. Let's go!" He was constantly pulling on my arm too. SMH Sometimes its a good thing when he does that but when its 75% off, you can't beat a deal like that. I sort of even regret not buying more because people were going crazy on the makeup.

I didn't get much because I wanted to limit myself. I just bought a couple of products that I have been wanting to try but couldn't justify paying full price for them and a backup for my all time favorite foundation. I also bought two lip products for my mom because she has been on the hunt for long lasting lip products. Here are all the items that I bought:

FACE:
Physicians Formula Mineral Glow Pearls Powder Palette "Beige Pearl"
I have never tried these before but I heard that these make great highlighters. On the back of the packaging, it says that its "unique palette of multi-colored pearls blends together to create an instantly glowing complextion and a perfectly even skin tone." I plan on using this as a highlight for the top of my cheekbones and down the bridge of my nose. Summer is the perfect time to start using this.
Almay Clear Complexion Foundation "600 Sand"
This is my overall favorite foundation. I have back ups of this. Right now I am on my last one on the old packaging. I can't wait to start using the ones in the newer packaging because they come with pumps! I don't know if this is the correct shade for me but it was 75% off. I figure that if its too light, I can use bronzer all over and if its too dark, I can use a lighter foundation. Either way, I can't really go wrong.
L'Oreal Magic Lumi Concealer "862 Light"
I haven't seen any reviews on this concealer so I don't really know if its any good. I bought this mainly because its a concealer thats supposed to give off a glow. I thought it would be perfect for the under eye area since it will give my face a brighten look. I actually wasn't going to buy this because it was covered in something sticky but since it was completely sealed in plastic, I bought it anyways since I can always remove the plastic sealing and it would be clean.
Maybelline DreamLumi Touch Highlighting Concealer "340 Buff"
This is another concealer that I haven't tried yet but its pretty much the same concept as the L'Oreal Magic Lumi Concealer. Its a gel based concealer that illuminates shadows while concealing the under eye area. You can use this around the inner corner of your eyes, on the top of your cheekbones, the sides of your nose, and on the corners of your mouth. I wanted to buy a lighter shade but Buff was the only one that I could find, digging through all the boxes.

EYES:
L'Oreal HIP Color Truth Cream Eyeliner "960 Eggplant"
I have been on a hunt for the best gel/cream eyeliner. So far I have tried the one by Maybelline, ELF Stduio, and WnW. The ELF Studio was not my favorite because it dried up within a couple of days o using it. My favorite for right now is the Maybelline one but its sort of pricey for a drugstore liner. Since this one was 75% off, I decided to give it a try. I have always wnated to give this liner a try but its pretty pricey regular price. Sorry about the dirty packaging. I think some pink nail polish spilled and some got onto the packaging and dried.
L'Oreal HIP Shocking Shadow Pigments "914 Intrepid"
I actually thought that these were discontinued a long time ago but I have now been spotting these in other stores as well. I don't really like using pigments that much because they are messy to apply but I couldn't pass this up because its a gorgeous shade. I also remember reading somewhere that its a complete dupe to Too Faced Label Whore and MAC Club but both are pressed shadows while Intrepid is a loose pigment. Intrepid is a gorgeous green-teal with shimmer.
L'Oreal 24HR Infallible Eyeshadow "889 Midnight Blue"
Midnight Blue is a gorgeous shade. Its a navy blue with a black base. I wasn't even going to buy this because I'm more of a fan of neutral shades. I have never worn blue shadow before and the only thing blue that has even gone on my eyes is blue eyeliner but never blue shadow. I have been wanting to give these a try since they came out and since it was 75% off, I had to get it. Hopefully I will find some way to wear it on my eyes without looking like I got punch in the eyes. LOL

LIPS:
Revlon Just Bitten Lip Balm + Stain "Flame"
This is a lip product that I bought for my mom. She has been on the search (or should I say that I have been on the search for her LOL) for the best long lasting lip product. My mom doesn't really have anything in mind and doesn't care if its a gloss or a lipstick as long as it lasts all day so I thought that she could give this a try. If you know any lip product that would provide all day color on the lips (without having to reapply constantly throughout the day), please let me know. I have heard great reviews on the Revlon Lip Balm Stains but I am waiting for those to go on a good sale before I buy them. Haha!
CoverGirl Outlast All-Day Lipcolor "619 Lingering Spice"
I remember hearing Judy from ItsJudyTime rave about these CG lip products and how long they last on the lips. I was actually looking for a pink shade but this was the only one that I could find. I have tried one before and I didn't really like it. My mom wanted a lip product that would give her lips the long lasting color. I am guessing maybe that they changed the formula since Judy loves them so much. This comes with a lip gloss that is supposed to stay on all day on your lips and comes with a lip balm to give your lips moistured during the day.

So that is all for my 75% off RiteAid haul. I did end up going back when they had their 90% off but I didn't get much and haven't taken pictures yet. I will try to get that haul posted up sometime this month, maybe sooner. If you guys have tried any of these products before, definitely let me know how you like them. Plus if you would like to see reviews and/or swatches on any of these products, definitely let me know. If you have questions on any of these products, let me know as well by either messaging me or leaving a comment below and I will try my best to answer them.

Review/Swatches: CoverGirl Outlast All-Day Lipcolor "619 Lingering Spice"

Hey everyone! If you didn't know already, I recently bought this CG Outlast All-Day Lipcolor in 619 Lingering Spice from the CVS Clearance Sale this year. I think I bought it for around $5USD and I had an $1 off coupon, which isn't that bad. I bought one of these a long time ago (2 years ago) and I didn't love it. It dried out my lips and applied dry and patchy. Since Judy from ItsJudyTime raves about these, I decided to try another one for myself. I don't know if they changed their formula but I still wanted to try one because of Judy. I actually wanted a pink shade but most of the shades that were on clearance were on the red range.

If you never tried these before, these come with an all-day color coat. The all-day color coat is basically a lip stain in lip gloss form. It dries pretty quickly on the lips but you still have to let it set on your lips for a couple of seconds for the color to fully stay on your lips. It also comes with a moisturizing top coat, which is just basically a lip balm. This is meant to be used after the color coat fully dries. You can keep reappling the moisturizing topcoat throughout the day to keep your lips moisturized but keep in mind, the more you apply throughout the day, the more it rubs the actual color and stain off. To me, that is the only con for this product. I am a person who likes to keep my lips moisturized all day, so if you are with me for a whole day, you would constantly see me either pull out a lip gloss or a lip balm. I cannot stand having dry lips because it would constantly bother me.

The first time I tried this, I swatched it on the back of my hand to try out first. I let it dry and tried to rub it off my hand but it wouldn't bulge. I even went to wash it and the color was still on my hands. The swatch actually stayed on my hand ALL DAY and was still faint the next morning. But when I applied it on my lips, it was a total story. When I applied it onto my lips, the color became faint throughout the day. I actually think the color would last longer if I didn't apply the lip balm but then my lips would be dry.

Overall, I think this would be great for a couple of hours but probably not something that you could depend on lasting all day on the lips. Also, one thing that I love and have to point out lastly is the moisurizing topcoat. I love the smell of this. It smells so much like fruit roll ups. Haha! What about you guys? Have you ever tried this CG Outlast All-Day Lipcolor before? Definitely let me know what you think about this.

SPOTTED: WnW Fergie Nail Polish

Hey everyone! Can you believe that WnW is now collaborating with Fergie and she now has her own line of nail polishes? I don't know if these polishes are limited edition or if they are going to have a permenent display in the drugstores. Each polish retails for $3.49USD. So far, I am only seen this line of polishes at Walgreens so I don't know if its exclusive to Walgreens. If you have seen this at other stores, definitely let me know. I love how on the display, it says "rock all sides of the dutchess."

There are a total of 124 new shades in this collection. According to the WnW beauty website, "this exclusive collection is a reflection of the singer's versatility, with looks ranging from rock-star glam to phunky hip to viciously edgy." This collection contains neons, confetti, metallics, chromes, and glitters! In this collection, the shades names are:

➸ New Years Kiss
➸ Going Platinum
➸ Grammy Gold
➸ Glamorous
➸ Flossy Flossy
➸ Kaleldoscope Eyes
➸ Miami Spirit
➸ Glowstick
➸ Hollywood Walk of Fame
➸ Mermaid Curves
➸ Blue Eyed Soul
➸ Dutchess
➸ L.A. Pride
➸ XoXo
➸ Dana
➸ Fergalicious
➸ Take The Stage
➸ Ferguson Crest Syrah
➸ Make Them Boys Go Loco
➸ Velvet Lounge
➸ No Place Like Home
➸ Rock 'n' Roll
➸ Heels of Steel
➸ Tonight's Gonna Be A Good Night

Oh wow, now that is a lot of shade names! Haha! I am kind of liking Hollywood Walk of Fame because it has different colored star glitters but I know that those kind of glitter polishes are always hard to apply onto the nails. For some reason. this display doesn't have all the polishes so I don't know if Walgreens is going to have a permanent spot for this line or if they are going to come out with more individual displays. I haven't tried any of these polishes yet so I don't know about the quality. I actually might have to pick one up sometime to try out but for right now, I want one that I don't already have similar to one in my current collection. I'll probably wait for the other shades. Definitely let me know if you ended up picking some up and if you like the quality. I wonder if the quality is similar to the original WnW polishes since its from the same brand but just from a different line. What do you guys think?

SPOTTED: Black Radiance Girls Rock! Nail Polish Collection

Hey everyone! I have been meaning to post this for two weeks now but I just didn't have time. Plus I kept postponing it and doing other stuff. Since its a spotted post, I know that I definitely need to post it right away before it becomes old. I was at Walgreens a while back and saw a new display. I have never tried Black Radiance before but I do know that its either owned by the makers of WnW or is a sister company to WnW. If you definitely know which, please let me know!

(Taken With Flash)

(Taken With Normal Lighting)

I have never seen this display at any other store, except for Walgreens. The nail polishes are being sold for $2.99USD, which is pretty much the same price for LE WnW nail polishes. I don't know if these shades are LE or if they are going to be part of the core collection. At my Walgreens, there is only is little area for Black Radiance cosmetics and there isn't any slots for their nail polishes. This collection is called Girls Rock and it contains polishes with different finishes. It has cremes, shimmers, and glitter polishes. All three are perfect for any nail polish lover!

This collection has six new shades:
➸ 99807 Pretty Girl Rock
➸ 99808 Super Star Status
➸ 99809 Diamond Sparkle
➸ 99805 B-Girl
➸ 99806 Rock Your Radiance
➸ 99804 Swag Rock

IMO, all six polishes are pretty. I really like the ones with the creme finishes. Although the multi-colored glitter one, called Swag Rock, kind of reminds me of a polish by WnW and Milani. I am not saying that its an exact dupe or a dupe of any kind. I am just saying that it reminds me of those polishes. Let me know if you think so too! So that is all for the Girls Rock collection. Definitely let me know if you have seen this new display or if you have tried any polishes from Black Radiance before.
