Hey everyone! I just wanted to show you guys what I wore for Lunar New Years (aka Tết) on Sunday. Because it was Tết, my family likes to incorporate red into our outfits because red is consider lucky for Tết. Every year, we always have red. I actually wanted to wear a red dress but was going through my dresses and found out that I actually don't own a red dress. LOL IDK why I thought I had owned one in the first place. Plus it was way too cold to be wearing a dress so I opted for a red shirt instead and of course, some red heels! Sorry if I look a bit weird in the pictures, the picture was taken at nighttime and I was pretty tired from driving to all my relatives' houses to celebrate Tết. Once everyone left my house for the night, I asked my sister to take pictures of my outfit.
What I am wearing:
- Black peacoat with ruffles (JcPenney $7)
- Red shirt with see-though "mesh" at shoulders (H&M $12.95)
- Black Leggings with zippers on side of legs (Nordstorn Rack $4.95)
- Red heels (Forever21 $6)
- Black purse (JcPenney $15)
QUESTIONS:
Did you celebrate Tết?
Does your family incorporate red into their outfits as well?
