Sallys Beauty Haul (Again!)

Hey everyone! I have been meaning to post up this haul for a while now but I just never had the time to edit the pictures with my watermark. Let me just say, that editing pictures takes a long time, especially if you plan on posting everyday. LOL Oh well, I love it either way an have a fun time typing everything up and looking at the pictures. I actually bought all these products when Sallys Beauty had their sale where all their red tags were an additional 50% off. I went two times and already posted my first haul. I went to two different Sallys Beauty stores and this haul is from the one that is in my area.

WHAT I BOUGHT:
◊ Seche Benefiting Susan G. Komen For The Cure Support Awareness Set
I actually bought their other set last year as well and it came with a different pink polish so when I saw this, I knew that I had to pick it up. Its such a great deal, especially when you don't want to pay full price for a Seche Vite top coat. With this set, you get two full size bottles!! Plus you get this really cute key chain. I got one in last years set as well but it actually broke on my key ring so I am glad to have another. This set comes with China Glaze "Naked" and Seche Vite top coat. I am not sure how much this set cost when it first came out but I paid under $4 for this set! I am so happy to have another back-up of this top coat and another gorgeous pink polish in my collection!

◊ Ardell Natural False Lashes "Luckies"
If you've seen my false lases collection, then you would already know that I definitely don't need anymore false lashes. LOL I am not sure if I posted pictures of my lash collection yet, but if I haven't and you guys want to see it, just comment below to let me know! I don't know why I bought these but when I saw them, I wanted to try them out. They look like they would be great for natural eye looks. I like how they come to a point instead of flaring out. I don't have any lashes like these so I am definitely excited to try these out!!

◊ nuNAAT Silicone Hair Conditioning Mask
I have never heard of this brand or seen it but I mainly got it for my sister. She dyes her hair all the time (sometimes the next day after a hair dry, even though I warn her not too but she never listens) and because of that, her hair has become dry. Her hair is so damaged that she is always asking me fr products to try out. I bought this mainly for her since it says that it helps get rid to dry hair by putting moisture back into the roots. She only used it once and haven't used it again. She is just so lazy to take care of her hair so this has just been sitting on the bathroom counter since I bought it. I will probably give it a try sometime since I wouldn't want it to go to waste. If you have tried this before, definitely let me know what you think about it.

QUESTIONS:
Have you ever tried any of these products before?

Sallys Beauty Haul

Hey everyone! A while back, Sallys Beauty had a great sale and of course, you know with sales that I had to check it out to see if they had anything good. I haven't been to a Sallys Beauty in a while and since the employees at my local one are sort of rude, I decided to check out another one further away. I am so glad that I did because the employees there were so nice! They bought out a box for me and took out all the nail polishes to see if I was interested in any since they weren't done bringing everything out. They were just really friendly and we had a great time going through everything.

Of course, whenever Sallys has their sales, I always end up buying nail polishes because you can get high-end polishes for great prices. I only walked out with three items and one of them is either for a friend or a future giveaway on my blog. I am not sure yet. I actually have a bunch of products saved for a future blog giveaway so make sure to follow my blog, if you are interested.

WHAT I BOUGHT:
◊ Orly The Original French Manicure Neon FX Kit
I think this set came out a while back because the box that it came in was pretty beat up but I didn't care. I have been meaning to pick up some Orly polishes to try out for a while now since I have been hearing so many great things about them. I actually only have one Orly product in my whole collection (before this purchase) and that was my Orly Top2Bottom polish. I actually only paid about $2 plus tax for this kit! It actually comes with three polishes, white tip guides, and a look book with tutorials. The polishes that came with this kit are two polishes in "White Tips" and "Oh Cabana Boy" and the Top2Bottom Basecoat & Topcoat All-In-One. Its basically a complete kit for salon results at home.

◊ ColorClub Winter Affair Set (X2)
This is actually my first time buying ColorClub polishes. I have always heard and seen people haul tons of polishes from this brand and am finally glad that I got a set to try out. I actually don't remember how much I paid for this set but I do remember that it was a worth it purchase. I actually think this set came out either last holiday or in 2011 but I am not sure. What surprised me about this set was that the polishes claim to be scented, which will be fun to try out. It comes with four mini polishes so its a great set for me since I get to try out different shades from this brand. I actually don't know the shades of these polishes since the minis don't have name stickers on them and it didn't say on the actual packaging that they came in but I can find out, if you are curious. This set comes with 2 shimmery polishes, 1 shimmery duo-chrome, and a flakie top coat. The flakie top coat actually reminds me a bit of China Glaze "Luxe & Lush" from the Hunger Games collection. Let me know if you guys think so as well.

So that is all that I bought from Sallys Beauty! I actually can't wait to try out both sets, especially the Orly kit because it looks like a great kit for doing french manicures. Plus the look book that it came with has some nice tutorials for creating other nail looks as well s that might be interesting. I don't know if I am going to do a post with swatches on these since they were limited edition sets that came out a while back and would probably be hard to get a hold of now. Let me know what you guys think. I actually hope that Sallys has this sale again soon because I would love to buy more nail polish sets since they are so great to try out.

Have you ever shopped at Sallys Beauty before?
Have you ever tried either Orly or ColorClub polishes?

Sally's Beauty Haul (Feat. Nail Polishes & Face Brush)

Hey everyone! I thought that it was finally time to show you guys my haul from Sally's Beauty store. I haven't been there in such a long time and rarely go there because I usually would just go to warehouse nail stores since I could get name brand polishes for a couple dollar cheaper. This haul was done a few weeks ago, during President's Day when Sally's Beauty was having a sale where everything with a red tag is additional 50% off!! That is usually the only time where I go shopping there because you can get polishes for such great prices. I only picked out a couple of items because I arrived late into the sale and most of the containers were empty or picked through heavily. These are all the items that I bought:

◊ FINGER PAINTS "Sparkle Top Coat" LOL When I bought this, I didn't know that it was a top coat. I thought that it was just pretty and that I wanted it. This is my first Finger Paints polish so hopefully I will end up liking it. This also reminds me of my China Glaze "Luxe And Lush" polish, which was in the Hunger Games collection. I didn't realize it until I got home and was looking through my collection. They both look pretty much the same but "Luxe And Lush" has flakes where as "Sparkle Top Coat" has bar glitters. I'm thinking of doing a comparison post but am not sure. If you would like to see one, please let me know.

◊ CHINA GLAZE Makin' Memories Set This set came out in December 2012 so I was surprised that my Sally's still had it but nonetheless, I was happy because I got such a great deal on it. It comes with two China Glaze polishes: 1115 Winter Holly and 1111 Red Satin. Red Satin is a gorgeous red with a blue base. It takes two coats to make it opaque. Winter Holly has got to be one of my favorite greens. It is a green polish with gold glitter. The set also includes a mini picture frame. I thought it was so cute because it was shaped into the word, Joy. Plus it had a picture of a dog wearing a Santa hat so that helped sold it. LOL I gave the picture frame to my little brother since that was the only way that he was letting me buy these polishes since he made a promise to help me stop buying nail polishes. Haha! Our little secret deal. Shh...

◊ FACE SECRETS Face Brush This reminded me so much of the ones from Sephora but I got mines for under a dollar because of the sale. I did buy one from Sephora last year but the bristles were starting to get dirty so I thought that it was time to get another one. Hopefully the bristles are sturdy and won't shred when I wash it.

So those are all the items that I bought from Sally's Beauty. I actually can't wait for the next time they have this sale again because I love getting polishes for such great prices. If you would like to see more information on any of these products, please let me know. As with everything, I hope you all enjoyed reading my posts!!

Sallys Beauty Haul (2.10.12)

Hey everyone! I just wanted to show everyone my haul from Sallys Beauty. I wasn't going to go there on Friday because I wasn't really planning to buy anything but since I was already at craft store, which is right next to Sallys, I thought, "Why the heck not?" I told myself before entering the doors that I wasn't going to do any damage and just get a comb and look for some of the flakie nail polishes. LOL I didn't find any flakies there. Either they were already sold out or they haven't come yet. I don't know. I still didn't really do any damage but I did get a couple of other items besides the comb.
What I got:
❀ LipVitamins Lip Butter in Promegrante
I have never tried this brand before and haven't heard about it before buying this. Since I have been loving the Revlon Lip Butters, I wanted to try an actual lip butter. Since this was only $0.99USD plus tax, I decided to get it to try out. Plus my lips have been peeling a little lately so I thought this might be good to try to keep my lips moisturized though the night. Plus its made with vitamin A, C and E so it should keep my lips moisturized. This lip butter smells so good. I wouldn't say that it smells exactly like promegrante but it does smell yummy. I will try to do a review on this lip butter once I try it out a couple of times.

❀ Tweezers
I was in need of a new tweezer since the ones that I have are getting dull. Its such a hassle to tweeze your eyebrows with dull tweezers! LOL I thought these were so cute! Plus they were on clearance for $0.59USD plux tax!

❀ Sally Girl Comb
I have been wanting to try a wide tooth comb for a while since I have been hearing that its great for combing out tangles for wet long hair. I have always used a brush since its been pulling out so many hairs that I couldn't take it anymore. I never thought a comb would make such a huge difference but it does! It made brushing my wet hair so much easier! This was only $0.99USD plus tax. Plus its a clear pink, which I really like.

So thats my haul! I hope you liked it even though its pretty small. All-in-all as you can see, I didn't do any damage (this time)! LOL Whew! For this haul, I think I paid around or under $3USD. Have you ever been to Sallys Beauty before? Have you ever tried any of the products featured in this haul? Have you tried the LipVitamins Lip Butter before? What do you think about lip butters, in general?
