Collective Beauty Haul

 

Hey everyone! This haul was done at both Sears and Walgreens. Sorry that it is a little bit late but I was a little bit busy with some stuff. I didn't buy much and thought it was better to just put these two hauls together. I bought both of these around the same week. The deal at Walgreens is already over but you can go to your Sears to check if they have similar products still on clearance. The Sears (in Costa Mesa) that I went to had a bunch of products on clearance.

At Walgreens, I bought three products. Walgreens was having a sale a while back on T.N. Dickinson's Witch Hazel. It was on sale for $4USD plus tax, and you get $4RR backs. So essentially, it was like paying $0.35USD each for these. I have never tried these before but I heard that they were great to use as a toner on your face to help with your acne. I can't wait to try these soon! If you have tried these before, definitely let me know what you think of it and how you use it.

At Sears, I bought three things as well. They had a bunch of products on clearance and I wanted to get them all. LOL But of course, I came to my senses and only bought these three products. All products were under $10USD each, which is super great deal, especially since they are regularly priced over $15USD each.

I bought two perfumes, which is the Jessica Simpson Fancy Nights. This is the 1.0 FL. OZ., which is a full size. I bought these for only $8.75USD each. This is my first time owning any Jessica Simpson perfume and it smells pretty good. I was surprised with how long it lasted on my wrist. It lasted from 12PM to 10PM at night. It probably would have lasted all night but I took a shower. I only sprayed it once on my wrist and the staying power was phenomenal.

Another product that I bought from Sears was a Yes To Blueberry Age Refresh Intensive Skin Repair Serum. I bought this for only $5USD. I would have bought another one but this was the last one left. I don't know how they nomally retails for but I remember seeing it at both Ulta and Target for over $12USD. I haven't tried this yet but I have other products from the Yes To line and I love them all.

If you are planning to go to Sears soon, I definitely recommend checking out their makeup aisles to see if they also have products on clearance. Who knows they might even have the same products that I bought and/or even better products.

LisaLovesMakeup87’s Sephora Haul

Hey everyone! I feel like I haven’t done a Sephora haul in a long time. I don’t know if that is a good thing or a bad thing. LOL It’s a good thing because I save money by not shopping there but it’s also a bad thing because I haven’t been shopping there. You all get my drift! I didn’t plan on going to Sephora anytime soon but since I got an email saying that a Sephora was opening up near my area, I just had to go and check it out. Plus they were also giving away a Sephora bag with any purchase when you show the email that they sent so of course, I had to go even more. I didn’t get much so I am glad that I didn’t go all crazy.

What I bought:
-Marc Jacobs Daisy
I had a gift certificate for this so I got it for free. I bought the Sephora Perfume Sampler set last year before Christmas and it came with a gift certificate to redeem a perfume and I choose the Daisy perfume. I love Marc Jacobs Daisy and am so happy to finally have this in my perfume collection. Its a scent that is definitely perfect for the Spring!

-Urban Decay Naked
Yes, I finally went to the store and got NAKED! I have been wanting this way before it even hit the stores. I am so happy to finally have this and can’t wait to start coming up with eye looks using this palette. I love neutral eye shadows so this is a great palette for me. I am not going to go into detail about this palette because I am pretty sure that all your beauty lovers already know everything about this. I was unsure of which Naked palette to get: the first or the second one that just came out. I have been looking at swatches online and finally to take the plunge and get the first and foremost original Naked palette. I was a little hesitant on the price because its sort of expensive for a palette but since I had a gift card, I just had to get it. I feel like I would just use the original Naked more than the Naked 2 palette because I feel like the Naked 2 palette is great for those who love doing smokey eye looks since the shades are more on the darker side.

So that is all for my haul. I did get a FREE Sephora bag with my purchase. It’s a cute bag but not something that I would use as a purse for shopping. I am probably just going to be using this bag for the beach because it made out of that material that is very easy to clean. So that is all for my haul! I hope you all like it! Review: Sephora Deluxe Fragrance Sampler For Her

Hey everyone! Its been a while since I bought anything big from Sephora. I actually bought the Sephora Deluxe Fragrance Sampler For Her before Christmas but couldn't find these pictures until now. LOL I have always wanted this set because its a great way to try out new perfumes. I also bought the Sephora Deluxe Fragrance Sampler For Him for my boyfriend for Chritmas as well but I already gave it to him and forgot to take pictures of it before I wrapped it up. If any of you would like to see pictures of that one, just let me know and I'll ask him to do that. LOL

These sets are actually a great gift to give to your loved ones and friends! Plus is a great gift for cologne and perfume lovers. Actually Sephora has a bunch of perfume/cologne varitey sets! I bought these sets for about $50USD plus tax but I had bought these during the Sephora Friends & Family Sale so I got 20% off!! With the 20% off, it was like I paid about $30USD plus tax each. I thought that was a pretty good deal since after trying out all the samples, you get to redeem a full-size perfume/cologne with the gift certificate included in the set. The gift certificate is only valid in Sephora stores and not at Sephora inside JcPenney stores.

My favorites so far are Clinique Happy, Marc Jacobs Daisy, and Juicy Couture. I already have a travel size of Juicy Couture so I won't be getting that one. I haven't tried all of them yet but I am loving this set. The only con about this set is that not all the sample size perfume bottles are sprays. Some of them you have to dab onto your finger and dab onto your skin. I would prefer it if all the sample perfumes were sprays. What I do love about this set, besides all the samples, is the pink packaging! Its so cute and glittery! Plus I can definitely reuse the box after I am done with this set. It also comes with a cute pink refillable fragrance atomizer, which I am not sure if I am going to keep or give away. I already have a Travalo and I prefer that over the atomizer because you don't waste any perfume with the Travalo.

I'm sad to say that this set is not in stock on the Sephora website. But I am proud to say that Sephora has come out with a new perfume set but in a silver glittery box with different perfumes. It is now available on the Sephora website and also costs $50USD! It comes with a bunch of new perfumes that just came out a few months ago. If you love trying out new perfumes, then I would definitely recommend getting this set!!

Walgreens Haul (Feat. Britney Spears, EcoTools, Dove)

Hey everyone! If you've seen my earlier post then you would've have known that today I went to Target and Walgreens. This post only features the products that I bought at Walgreens. In this haul, I bought everything on clearance! I love getting products at great prices! I try to save money as much as possible. LOL I didn't get much because I was just supposed to buy a couple of shampoo bottles for my mom but I couldn't help looking around. It was my first time in this certain Walgreens store and its way bigger (and more organized) than the one by house. Plus the employees seem nicer too! I would've stayed longer to look around to see if they got any of the new makeup in but I had to hurry because both my sister and brother were waiting for me in the car since I told them that I was just going in to get something real quick. LOL

What I bought:
❀Dove Damage Therapy Shampoo in Cool Moisture (x3)Oh my goodness, this shampoo smells so good! It doesn't smell like cucumbers but its what I wish cucumbers could smell like. LOL They didn't have the conditioner for this so I bought the last three for Cool Moisture. They were $1.89USD each, which I was estatic about.

❀EcoTools Limited Edition Beautiful Expressions Kabuki SetJust to let everyone know that this set is currently on clearance for $7.49USD plus tax. They used to be $14.99USD so this is a great deal! I have only one EcoTools brush and I love it so much that I decided to try out their other brushes. Plus this set is so cute! These brushes are so soft! I can't wait to wash them and give them a try!

❀Britney Spears Circus Fantasy Perfume SetThis was also on clearance for 50% off. This Walgreen store only had 2 perfume sets on clearance. I came late and all the good ones were already sold out. Guess I will have to try again next year. Hopefully I will remember next year. LOL This perfume set was orginally $19.99USD but I bought it at $9.99USD plus tax! It comes with a 1.7 fl oz. body souffle (a.k.a body lotion), 1.0 fl oz. perfume bottle, and a 1.7 fl oz. shower gel. I love this set but when I bought it, I was thinking of the Radiance perfume. LOL I already have a bottle of Circus Fantasy so I don't know if I should keep this one as back-up or give it to someone. What do you guys think?

So those are all the products that I bought at Walgreens. I hope you all liked my little haul! I didn't buy much but I love everything I bought. Plus I bought them all at great prices!! I am planning to see if there are any other Walgreen stores in my area so I can check out their clearance section. LOL

VS Annual Sale Haul (Jan. 2012)

Hey everyone! Guess what? Right now, Victoria's Secret is having their Annual Sale! They have a ton of products for 50%-75% off!! This is a great time to stock up on lotions, body sprays, and so much more! I only went and bought a couple of items. The store was crazy packed and my baby brother was with me and I didn't want anyone pushing him or stepping on his feet so I didn't get to check out all the products. Hopefully I will get to go again next time before all the good stuff is gone. This was a great time to go because I am on my last bottle of VS lotion.

What I bought:
❀VS Deep Softening Body Butter in Forever Blushing (x3)
This is a very light scent. Its not my favorite but it was the only body butter scent that I saw that was 5/$19.99USD so I thought why not. I love using body butter because its great for those areas that definitely need that extra moisture. These are 6.5oz and are great to keep on my dresser. I use these whenever my skin feels dry and whenever I am done showering.

❀VS Ultra-Moisturizing Hand And Body Cream in Forever Blushing (x2)
I bought these because they are great to bring with me during the day. Its not that moisturizing as the body butter but its more sanitary than having to stick my fingers into the actual product like the body butters. I love the packaging of these with the bow tie on top and the pink flower. Its so cute and feminine!

❀VS Mini Perfume in Noir Tease
These mini perfumes were 50% off. I love Noir Tease. It is such a sexy feminine smell. Perfect for those date nights! I already have the set, which is also 50% off but I bought it a while back before they had the sale. Darn! LOL I love the secent so much that I decided to get another back-up of mini size. If you haven't smelled this, you should definitely go and give it a try!
❀VS Mini Cologne in Very Sexy For Him
This was also 50% off. Its such a great cologne for guys! Its a sexy guy scent. This scent is perfect for your guy friend, boyfriend, and/or husband!

❀VS Body Lotion Set
I had actually bought this set before they had VS had their annual sale but I didn't just want to post up a haul on this alone so I waited for the sale because I knew that I was going to buy more. I bought this for 40% off but right now VS has their gift sets for 50% off. This set has two of my favorite scents, which I am very happy to have. These aren't the full-size bottles but aren't mini sizes either. These are 2FL. OZ bottles. In this set is:
-Pure Seduction, red plum and freesia
-Love Spell, cherry blossom and peach
-Amber Romance, amber and creme anglaise
-Sheer Love, white cotton and luminous pink lily

My Christmas Presents (Christmas 2011)

Hey everyone! I know this post is somewhat late but I am going to post this no matter what. LOL Better late than never! So this post is just about the presents that I got this Christmas. It isn't a lot but thats fine. You know the older you get, the less present you get and the more presents you buy. I am not bragging or anything. This is just to show my friends and followers what I got because I always love seeing these kinds of posts and hauls. These are the only beauty related products that I got. I got mostly clothes, accessories, and money. I sort of wish I had gotten more beauty products like some Sigma brushes or some makeup. LOL That's fine because I can always wait for a sale and buy those things myself because its always the thought that counts!

What I got:
❀Faith Hill in True
LOL This scent is great for women who aren't that much into floral scents. I would probably say its more classy but still great for the younger generation.

❀Shakira Perfume Set
This set included two perfumes. One of them is eau florale and the other one is S by Shakira. They both smell so good. The florale one great for during the daytime and the S by Shakira is perfect for the night time. LOL I never thought about Shakira perfumes but these smell pretty good!

The other beauty product that I got was from a friend. I have never tried Missha products before and have always wanted to try BB creams and I guess she remembered. This only a sample size. Its 10g, which is fine because it gives me the chance to try it out. This is the Missha Signature Real Complete B.B Cream SPF 25 PA++ in No.21 Light Pink Beige. I haven't tried it out yet because I am worried that it might not be the right shade for me. I am assuming that its pink tones because of the name and my skin tone is yellow toned. This B.B Cream is supposed to be great for whitening, UV blocking, and wrinkle repairing. Like I said, I can't wait to try this out because I have been hearing so many great things about BB Creams!

So that's all I got for Christmas that is beauty related. I won't be posting up my other presents. Keep in mind that I was not bragging. I just love seeing these kinds of posts and wanted to take part. I love all the presents that I got and I am grateful for even getting anything.
